Default Depression and ttc..

I was diagnosed in Nov 2004 and slowly all of the symptoms are coming one by one. I went off the pill Dec 04 so DH and I could ttc. I am now starting to realize that I hate everything. I am feeling really hopeless and depressed. My problem is... Is there a drug that can be taken when I am ttc? I am starting Clomid June 1st. Help?

Keep positive thoughts because your mind is stronger at healing than any medication you can take. Believe in yourself to heal and you will start seeing a difference.

I am TTC while on Wellbutrin. My doc said that this is fine. Sometimes I think that the fertility drugs wreak a bit of havok on me and I wonder what I would be like without it!!... but glad that I do not have to find out

Lightbulb Depression-fertility connection

I was shocked when my doctor told me a couple of months ago when we were discussing depression, that if I opted to take an anti-depressant, I might end up pregnant. Their office is finding that when their patients don't respond to fertility treatments within the first few months, they do a work up and find that most of them are also suffering from at least mild or boarder line depression if not more. They stop treating "infertility" and start them on an anti-depressant, (usually Wellbutrin or Zoloft) and their patients end up pregnant.

In fact, the other thing is that for some time doctors have been thinking the depression comes from infertility, when in reality it is the opposite, infertility is more often the body's way to prevent further stress on the already depressed body...

SO, what I'm getting at is that going on an anti depressant of some kind may be the ticket to helping you get pregnant... Hope that helps you on your journey...
