i used to be depressed but then i got better for a bit and i loved feeling happier but now my worst fears are coming true i am slowly falling into the cycle of depression again

i am beginning to hate myself again and hate my family and also i feel like the whole world is against me and worst of all self pity i hate myself for feeling this again

i am in desperate need to talk to someone so if any one wants to talk to a self pitying person please pm me

i can't promise i will always be cheerful but i will listen
