Because the 150 mg of Clomid didn't work this cycle, my RE prescribed dexamethasone. Does anyone know if there are any s/e with this drug or know anyone who has gotten pregnant with it?

I've been on .5 mgs of dex every other day since April and I have not had any s/e from it. I got pg the month after I started taking it but I m/c'd. GL! I hope it works for you!

Nope, just met and dex. I was supposed to start Clomid the next cycle but got pg.

I have since done a cycle of clomid/hcg/IUI and two cycles of clomid/fsh/hcg/IUI and didn't get pg with any of them. I'm now on a ttc break because I'm having lap surgery early next year. Hopefully we will find out why I keep m/c'ing.

I am also taking dex. .5mg daily. I've been on it since the end of October and have had no side effects so far. I've noticed that I tend to bruise a little more than normal for me, but that's it. I'm taking dex to decrease my DHEAS level. It was too high and after a month on dex it was down to where it needs to be but my dr still wants me on it while I'm TTC.
