Default Diabetes

I have a good friend who is struggling with Diabetes. He found an article that helped him a lot in regards to understanding the problem and treatment options.

I hope this can come to use for many others.
Take Care- S

Nice article.

But we also got to remember woman with PCOS are not the same are other's with diabetic problems, some times our needs are alot different then people who don't have PCOS, some times we don't react the same to diet's and such as non-PCOS people, it's a give and take situation with each PCOS person.

PCOSlady, yes, you're right. PCOSers who are diabetic have it twice as hard but that doesn't mean we can't follow the diet and exercise plans laid out for diabetics. We need to also work closely with our dr's to find what is best for us. That is true for anyone. We all react differently to diets and exercises but if you have a basic guideline to work with, it sure does help!
