Default Diabetes concern

Ok....

I am annoying and over analyse EVERYTHING...I actually annoy myself. WHile preg, all three of them, I had gestational diabetes. After, they said I had pre diabetes....

Now, I have changed my eating, mostly veg, and exercise.... But I cant loose weight. I actually gain weight. The last 5 yrs, for no reason ( my youngest is six) I have gained so much weight. I was a size 5-6 before 2nd son, then I went to a 13-14...then DD and then down to a 10-12...but now I am up to a 16. ( give clothing sizes cause I shop pretty much at the same store and I dont have a scale, I REFUSE!!!)

My fasting and A1C last time came back at 5.3 and 5.6. But when I test at home they are high and low. I am sure they average out to that...somedays they are higher ( not as high as a diabetic, but high for normal).

Not that I want to go on Met, I just hear it is easier to loose the weight I cant loose....

Anyone else have the same high highs and low lows as me? What did you do?
