Hi! My name is Shawna!
My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 4 1/2 years. We became pregnant once and shortly thereafter miscarried. I read up on PCOS a few months ago and saw that little red flag go up!
I was diagnosed today with PCOS when I visited the doc. I haven't had an ultrasound or anything. They gave me metformin and I have a lab to follow up with!
I'd love to hear success stories!

Welcome! I haven't had an ultrasound yet either - just bloodwork, although the OB/GYN seemed pretty confident.

Hi! I am new here as well. I got a call from the doctor today saying I have PCOS. I haven't had a period since January and I have had extensive bloodwork and an ultrasound done. My husband is in the army and will not be back until July 15th so I will start Provera for 10 days starting on June 21st to start my period, then clomid 3 days into my period. My husband would be back just in time to start trying. I'm not sure how this will work out, but I will keep you updated.
