Well, first of all Pcos doesn't turn into diabetes. PCOS can cause diabetes and IR, but it doesn't turn into diabetes...It could be the medication that is causing the absence in AF. Have you told your endo? Have you seen an OBGYN? Good luck and I hope this helps.
