diagnosis PCOS

According to my doctor I have PCOS. He never really told me what the sysmptoms were. Doing a little research on my own I believe I have a mild case. I don't believe I ovulate at all, my periods have been irregular but it seems like it just depends. Sometimes I can go with a regular cycle and sometimes I don't. My doctor also said I have a high testosterone level. I don't know what the number is but is that also related to PCOS?

The last time my husband and I saw a fertility doctor was about a yr. ago. We stopped seeing him b/c of a complication to a lap I had in 2002. We are seeing another one on Thursday. I would like to get a clarification on PCOS b/c I'm wondering if I really even have it??

yes christa for many if not all...high androgens...dhea and testosterone are part of pcos.....
