Question Dicetel ~ Pinaverium Bromide

I either don't have a bm for two weeks or I am stuck clenching my butt cheeks running to the toilet every five minutes. I long for the days back when I had a "normal" poop once a day.

When I told my doctor this today she told me that with this and some other symptoms that what I have sounds like classic IBS.
So she put me on Dicetel TID.

I am wondering...I thought my dr said to take it before meals but the pharmacy says to take it with food. When do you take it?
Does it have any interactions with the classical PCOS treatment medications? How in laymans terms will it help me going from going to one extreme to another? What is your dosage? Any thoughts are words of wisdom about this medication.

TIA
