i didnt but there are so many people that have ..... i seemed to stop ovulating the older i got it got less and less frequent and sods law now im ttc #1 it not happening ... now on clomid.....
everyone is different soz couldnt help more.

This is my 3rd cycle on clomid/met and I have O'd all three times. This third time is too early to tell, but obviously I did not get pg the first two times. My progesterone has been low both times, so I think that is the reason as I'm 100% sure I O'd, according to +OPK's, ovulation pain, and trigger shot which guaranteed ovulation last cycle. Even in healthy women with no fertility issues, even on a perfect cycle with good ovulation, there is only about a 25% chance of fertilization.

I ovulate, but have never been pg. Pregnancy depends on other things, too, as well as ovulation; e.g., clear tubes, receptive endometrial lining, the blastocyst has to 'hatch,' good sperm, etc.

neen, hang in there! For totally healthy young women, there's still only around a 25% chance they'll get pregnant each cycle- that's with everything in perfect condition. It typically take 6-12 months for people.

I know how you feel, wondering why it doesn't work when everything is supposedly working as it's supposed to, but it could take a fw tries, even when it is.

Also, I saw that you're on clomid. I just wanted to let you know that the worst of the clomid-related mood swings happened for me in the last week of my cycle each time, in case that's making you feel even worse than normal.

Yep, I have o'd the past 14 months, and still no BFP to date. It's incredibly frustrating, but hang in there!!!

i have o'd and first cycle i got BFP and i will know 100% about this cycle soon but i feel myself its gone.... im afraid now that i wont be able to get a PG to stick and its a horrible feeling i wish the first 1 stuck but it wasnt ment to happen....!! if clomid doesnt work what could i ask to have done next...??

Hahahaha! Pg on the 1st o!

Seriously, my ovaries were a real biatch to stimulate to ovulate in the first place, but they managed it two or three times with injectables/hcg trigger and then we went to IVF. I guess you could say the IVF was my 3rd ovulation since starting TTC, but obviously, it wasn't a typical ovulation.

I O'd on every cycle of Clomid and Gonal-f, but never conceived on those cycles. As others have said there's only a 20% chance of conception each cycle, that's if everything is working properly. There are lots of things besides ovulation that have to happen, so an O doesn't equal pregnancy.

I O'd but didn't conceive the first 3 times I had clomid. at that point I sent dh in for testing just to make sure everything was ok on that front. I'm glad I did because we found out he's got some issues too. Just a thought!

Nope....1st time I got a confirmed O with OPK and a P4 test while taking Clomid ended in a BFN.

In the 2WW for this time, we'll see!
