Default Did I get the right NPC?

Bought some NPC last night from my local health food store. Mine doesn't give an amount per gram or anything, but it does state that it has NO mineral oil which I remember reading was something to avoid. It does have some other oils...sunflower, grapefruit....glycerin.

Did I get the right type? And where do you ladies find is the best place to apply the cream? I just did it on my wrists last nite....what works for you?

Thanks in advance.

Does it say that it has 2% USP grade pharmaceutical natural progesterone in it? Does it say the amount in milligrams per ounce? If not, then I wouldn't use this cream...

NPC must be used on areas of your body where your skin is thin...avoid fatty areas. You can apply it on your hands, wrists, neck, face, upper chest, directly to the breasts if they are small, behind the knees, directly on the ovarian area and the feet are also good. Just make sure you alternate the places you apply NPC regularly.

Default Question

Emmanuelle,
Why must you alternate the places you apply NPC?

You have to alternate so that you don't saturate one area of the body...this is what Dr. Lee has always recommended.
