springaling - your p4 is kinda low (i think most dr's want it above 10) so if you didn't o until the 15/16 that could be why it was still low (you're supposed to have the test 7 days after ovulation). also, positive OPKs just mean that your body is gearing up to O, but your body doesn't always follow through. also, girls with PCOS have high LH anyway so you may have just had a random surge that day. plus, a later O explains the peak reading on your monitor.

Green - i'm sorry hon, i dont think you o'd at all. i think this is an anovulatory cycle. i have them all the time - just click on my chart in my siggie.

green your chart looks annovulatory but your previous chart has a definate thermal shift

green - call your dr about starting progesterone - see how long they will make you wait to start.

I'll book myself in for an appointment on friday. It would be amazing if my gp turned round and said to me oh you pregnant. Wishful thinking! I can only dream

Well., I have my appt. this evening. Hoping for some answers. Now I"m wondering if I did O on that 15/16... Hmm.... Anyone else have a thought on that? So what if she wants to give me something to bring on period? Isn't that just progesterone... so it won't really bring on my period unless I'm not pregnant, right?

let us know what your dr thinks. the progesterone shouldn't do anything bad if you are pg and, if not, will help bring on your AF.

i still think that you may have o'd on 23 aug, its starting to become clearer since you have sustained that thermal shift

Well..... I've got really tender bbs today!

My Dr. wants me to TEST next week to see if I get a ++ If I don't and I don't get my period then she wants to give me something to bring that on, and wants to have me do clomid again, but this time 2 pills a day instead of the one. I'm hoping and praying I'm pregnant though and that maybe I did ovulate a little later. Do you think testing next wed. is a good idea and if no ++ then go with her plan? Hubby might get the SA . But hopefully we'll just be PG!
She didn't want me to do progesterone or the HSG. Wants to give the clomid a third round before we move on to something else.

That's the latest!
