Clomid and Femara (May-August) No O Sept/Oct-Follistim-BFN Oct/Nov-canceled due to cysts, will resume end of Nov.

I tried soy this cycle and by the looks of it i didn't ovulate. I tried 125mg... I am gonna try again with 200mg cd2-6 which is comin in a few days. I am interested in seeing the doses that everyone else ovulated on... thanks for the poll!

I hope I get more responses, I know we aren't the only two to have tried it!
I used 190mg of soy cycle day 3-8. I ovualted and it was successful but it ended in a m/c. But like another poster suggested I would start off slow and work my way up.

Soy worked for me once... I took around 100mg days 5-9 after stopping BCPs. Perfect CD14 ovulation... no preg but wasn't trying to get preg that cycle so ... what waste LOL!
Never could get it to work again for me at doses up to 240mg so I really don't know if the soy really worked or if it was really just a wash out cycle from BCPs.
Clomid and femara do not make me O either.

I took soy the cycle I got pregnant with my daughter. I was charting at the time. I believe it helped me "o" 4 days sooner, and stronger. I think I was taking 4 caps 2 morning, 2 at night.
I ovulate without soy (late ovulations) - and that does not seem to change much when I'm on Soy. So, I'd say it's not much of a help for me.
Here are the stats of my soy cycles:
1st soy cycle (Jan 15, 2006): 100mg cd 3-7
Ovulation - cd 12; Luteal phase 11 days; 23 day cycle.
2nd soy cycle (Feb 07, 2006): 50mg cd 5-9
Ovulation - cd 18; Luteal phase 15 days; 33 day cycle.
3rd soy cycle (Mar 12, 2006): 100mg cd 5-9
Ovulation - cd 23; Luteal phase 16 days; 39 day cycle.
4th soy cycle (Apr 20): 75mg cd 3-7
Possible anovulatory: Ovulation possible around cd 44 (I started progesterone on cd 45, so can't be 100% sure); lp 13 days; 57 days cycle.
5th soy cycle (Jun 16, 2006): 100mg cd 5-9
Ovulation - cd 37; Luteal phase 12 days; 49 day cycle.
6th soy cycle: 100mg cd 3-7
Ovulation - cd 22; Luteal phase 12 days; 34 day cycle.
6th soy cycle (Sep 7, 2006): 100mg cd 3-7
Ovulation - cd 29; Luteal phase 9 days; 38 day cycle.
...Then a little (2 years) break...
7th soy cycle (Aug 17, 2008): 50mg cd 5-9
Ovulation - cd 33; Luteal phase 13 days; 46 day cycle
8th soy cycle (Oct 2, 2008): 50mg cd 5 and 6 (too nauseous to continue)
Ovulation - cd 69; Luteal phase 13 days; 82 day cycle
9th cycle (Dec 23, 2008): 100mg cd 3-7
Ovulation - cd 26; luteal phase 14 days; 40 day cycle
10th cycle: 150mg cd 2-6
Anovulatory cycle; 28 days
soy makes me ovulate late and the latest was on cd 69. You can check out my FF charts to see that those really are ovulatory cycles
