Default Did use of vitex reduce yuor facial hair?

For those who used vitex to treat PCOS, was your facial hair reduced while using it?

I use Vitex and no this did not help with that however I have a friend that says it helped her. I guess everyone is different.

It has helped me, the regrowth isnt as thick as before

Not for me - I found it improved every single symptom of mine apart from excess hair.

I used Vitex for some time a couple years back... It did not help the hair, but I think I may retry to see what happens.

Bump...just humor me please! LOL

I was searching for some info on Vitex and stumbled upon its use in horses...which show instances where it reversed hirsutism in these horses!

Clearly humans and horses are different, but I thought this was an interesting finding none the less as the horses suffered from Cushing's and their hirsutism was also hormonally based and not idiopathic.
