Hey gals,
I have been having great results on met with weight loss. I have lost about 25 lbs in 4 months. Starting 2 weeks ago, the scale won't budge. I'm not changing any eating or exercise habilts. My endo sait that it will be tough to lose much more than 10% my starting weight. I want to prove him wrong! How can I get the weight to drop off again? Should I change my workouts, etc? I eat the IR diet, walk every night 30 minutes and lift weights 3-4 times a week. Thanks for the advice!!

I do think you'll have a hard time losing more than 10% without changing any habits. You are pretty lucky, in my book...seems like most cysters just lose a few pounds on Met if they don't change their habits!
Good luck.
ETA: Oh, I just saw you do the IR diet. Have you tried switching it around a bit?
25 pounds in 4 months is awesome. It just sounds to me like you're hit a typical plateau. This is going to be a mind over matter time for you. I once went 6 weeks with no weight loss (but I lost a full dress size in that time frame, so I didn't care )
Take your measurements, so you have some other frame of reference until the weight loss kicks in again.
In the meantime, when was the last time you radically changed your exercise routine?
If you've been doing steady state cardio, switch to intervals (they are better fat burners, anyway)
In the strength training department, if you've been training 'slow and heavy', change to light weights/hi reps for awhile. Maybe throw in an extra leg workout with a tape like Tamilee Webb's I Want That Body (it has two 15 minute standing leg routines that are AWESOME)

Thanks for the tips! I haven't changed my workout at all over this time period. I eat a lot of the same foods from the IR diet because I am super busy, so I'll try to mix it up. I will try the cardio and weightlifting change too. I'll let you know how it goes!

That's probably part of the culprit. After a few weeks, the body gets 'more efficient' at an activity, and you actually burn fewer calories at the same activity than you did when you first began. Every few weeks, just remind yourself to switch it up.
