Well I've only been on Hyponidd for a month but I am seeing results. Hopefully someone who's been on it the recommended three months or longer will see this and be able to add to what I'm seeing, but these are my experiences:
I have experienced weight loss on Hyponidd. I began with taking the 2 Hyponidd pills twice a day as well as one cinnamon tablet twice a day. But I want to caution you in this because my weight would flucuate back and forth. One week I would lose three pounds the next I would gain two, back and forth back and forth. Also I started having memory problems. After talking with a nurse she told me it sounded like the combination of my medication was making my blood sugar too low. I cut out cinnamon a week ago and ever since I've lost half a pound each day and my memory is back. So no, you don't have to take cinnamon with Hyponidd. Some girls do okay with it but my insulin resistance is not severe enough that I need both, so I just take Hyponidd. That kind of answers two of your questions in one go lol
The exercise plan I follow is one I've seen recommended over and over for women with PCOS; at least 30 minutes of cardio (walking, biking) every day as well as strength training three times a week. Recently I've also added in 30 minutes of yoga at night (like around three hours before I go to bed) but I've heard that for some working out before bed can wind you up and make it hard to fall asleep. For me doing the yoga helps me to relax and burn off the extra energy I get towards the end of the day (I'm a night owl and usually stay up all night). I've never heard anything about a specific workout plan that is in association with Hyponidd, it is more what is recommended for PCOS and what you're comfortable with doing. I would highly recommend at least the daily cardio.
The last two questions I can only answer with "probably." I haven't had any excessive hair since taking Hyponidd, but I've noticed that hair in the right places...grows faster? That's the only way I can describe it. I haven't had any hair on my chin, but I have to shave my legs every other day now; where before I would rarely have to shave them the hair grew so slow. I never had eyebrows before either, and now they're coming in thick and I kinda like it. The amount of hair from my head ending up in the drain is also a lot less and my hair isn't as oily as it always is. I haven't seen a dramatic improvement in acne yet, but I also just had my body's poor excuse for TOM.
I've been very happy on Hyponidd this past month. I've never experienced stomach pains and while I did experience a little constipation on it, extra fiber fixed it right up. I hope I helped to answer your questions
