Hi Guys,

How strict are you with your diets?

I'm usually pretty good but the last couple of months I've been eating all sorts of bad food. I feel naughty and I will get to eating better.

Those with success...do you eat strictly low carb - protein, veg and a bit of fruit? and lots of exercise.

Did anyone have success by eating badly?

What's everyone else doing?

I've been on Met for 5 weeks, full dose for 3 and nothing is happening. sure it has to do with diet!

I just started changing my diet so I wont be that much help, but a lot of cysters do the low carb and vegies diet.
You should take a peak at the diet board, there's a lot of info on there!
