Diet and Exercise = BBT chart stabilizing! I've been charting bbt for 7+ months now and the first few showed no pattern. Then my Dr. dianosed me with PCOS about 3 months ago. I went on a low-carb or low-GI eating plan and made sure I exercised daily (I was a regular exerciser before but this encouraged me to make it daily). I am now see a pattern to my charts! This is very exciting for me. My cycles are around 36 days.
Question: does anyone else see a rise in the middle and then it goes down again and rises at the end of the month gain. What might be going on here?
I plan to see what the ovulation sticks say this next month. I know normally the temp should rise in the middle of the month and stay up through then end but mine dips down during the second half.
