Question Diet Help!

Hey Everyone! I'm kinda new this blog stuff...but I've been diagnosed for about 9 months now and I've gained so much weight (about 20 pounds) in the past year. I feel unattractive especially with my excessive facial hair and acne flaring up. I try to eat healthy, but I just can't bring myself to stop eating my favorite junk food. I try to make time to exercise, but I just feel so tired all the time, I'd rather take a nap.

Man, I'm just full of excuses!

Does anyone have tips for me!? How to curb hunger? Meal ideas!? Motivation!? My mum always says "Nothing taste better than skinny feels" but that gets thrown out the window when I see fast food!!!

When you know the problem is simply too much junk food or overeating, all you can really do is just fight the temptation or avoid it.

Make sure you eat a decent breakfast in the morning, that generally tends to keep you from getting really hungry all day.

If you can manage to start exercising in the first place, you'll probably feel less tired (I know, it's a vicious cycle). Maybe try taking some B-12 to sort of energize you a bit? That seems to help a lot of us with that PCOS monster fatigue. Carbs and sugars will weigh you down a lot as well (all the glucose and insulin pumping through your system will make you groggy) so there's another reason to avoid junk food.
