Wanted to share this resource with u all.
I have been using this very good site for calculating nutrient information etc for a long time.
I dont know how many of u are aware of this ,but those who arent can refer to it for checking nutrient and calorie information .Its a pretty comprehensive website.It also has information on glycemic index.

You ruined it for me! I thought I was being SO GOOD eating a taco salad w/o the shell from Taco Bell. And it still has 20 net carbs!!!! Yikes!

But my Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch salad from McD's only has 8. Whew......
