I wouldn't recommend them if you're TTC.

I will admit that I have tried so many different diet pills, I was like a pharmacist!

To be honest, they didn't do a thing! Ive tried Hydroxycut, dexatrim, dexatrim naturals, and a slew of others that I cant remember the names of em.

None of them made me lose weight, and I dont even bother with them anymore - but thats just my personal experience. It is NOT good to take them if you are trying to conceive though, like zlicius said. You can cause alot of damaging effects to the baby.

Several years ago (the 1st time i got serious about losing weight) I was on a prescription diet pill. It did wonders for me. I was hardly ever hungry and I basically ate because I knew I had to eat something. I dropped 42 lbs in a month in a half. I was ecstatic, but when I went off the diet pill I eventually gained 30 of it back. I won't use diet pills again because they don't teach you to eat right. You lose the weight sure but if you haven't learned what you should and shouldn't eat and how to eat properly how are you supposed to maintain that weight loss. I want to be able to lose the weight and maintain it for life and diet pills don't do that for me.

Question

Dear tornadodancer ,
Could you tell me what was the name of the pill you were taking? Not sure if I want to start using it but it may get me started and would be easier on my back, knee and feet when I excercise.

Thanks in advance.

My best friend and I just started taking SlimWeigh together. It's supposed to help with sleep problems, skin problems, and a whole list of other things, and of course weight loss. Already we notice better sleep and stronger nails and so on. And we only started taking it three days ago! Even if I don't lose a whole pile of weight I'll be happy if it helps my rosacea because I haven't found anything for that yet. I never thought I would take the forbidden "diet pill" but I think if we keep up our walking and other exercise routines and eat healthy we might finally do it!!

Love
Amber

Hi,
Thanks for the information. That's great. Could you tell us how often you use it per day, cost, and any other detail? Where did you purchase it? Any information would be great.
