I was thinking it looked like fat smash also. But I'm curious about the milk ? also. And did your blood sugar feel good like did you have enough energy?
Also are you able to eat soy burgers and meat subs?

I was curious about the milk also. I find it helps fill me up when I eat breakfast, and seems to help me with energy.

Default Why Veg?

I'm curious...how does meat and dairy affect our PCOS, and inability to lose weight? I went vegan once, and did cardio like crazy, and dropped 70 lbs. I did the same thing last year, just eating a modified "normal" diet, and lost only 15. Why are meat and dairy keeping us fat, if we eat organic skim and low fat?

Does anyone know why?

It might have been a calorie thing. Meat and dairy are far more calorically dense than veggies. I've lost weight on both types of diets, and I notice that my calorie level is FAR lower on veggie/vegan...

There's also (typically) far more fiber on a vegan diet, which is good for weight loss.
