We usually eat eggs, bacon and sausage for breakfast. You can cook the eggs in so many ways. We even add cheese and ham to them sometimes.

Thanks!! | Hi, There is so many different things you can eat on this new lifestyle change. My husband works overnights and i'm on his schedule so we stay up all night and sleep during the day. We eat breakfast when he comes home in the morning at 7:30. Then we eat our lunch when we get up in the evening. Then our dinner is around 2am. So most people will eat our lunch for their dinner. Does that make sense?
Here is a menu that we eat a lot.
Breakfast:
scrambled eggs with cheese and diced ham. Sausage or bacon.
We bake our bacon for 15 mins. There are directions on the packages.
Lunch:
We eat baked ham with frozen veggies, or salsa cheese chicken, or cheese burgers with no bun. Just some kind of meat and veggies mainly. We eat a different variety all the time.
Dinner:
We usually eat leftovers from lunch.
Hope this helps you. I will post some recipes here too. Our baked ham and we also love salsa cheese chicken. It's YUMMO!!
------------------------------------------------------
Salsa Chicken with cheese-We had this last night and it was AWESOME!!
*Skinless boneless chicken breast
*Salsa
*Shredded cheese
If the chicken is frozen then cook it on 450 for 1 hour. After the chicken is done add the salsa and shredded cheese, put it back in the oven until the cheese is melted.
--------------------------------------------------------
We buy fully cooked ham at walmart. It's like 7 to 10.00. I cut it in half because I only cook half at a time. I the half into slices put them in a baking dish and pour a can of pineapple over it or you can you use a little brown sugar instead.
Bake at 400 for 40- 45 minutes.
--------------------------------------------------------
I have a lot more recipes if you are interested. Just let me know.
thanks!

Hopefully this will help me out...I need to lose about 100 pounds | My Dr. said that if we do this life style change and only eat the foods on the allowed list that weight will just fall right off us. It has been on me and all of my friends and family who are on it too. So maybe this is what all of us pcos women needed

Glad it's working for you and it's great to have such an easy Eat/Do NOT Eat list that allows you to not calorie count (which is currently my least favorite thing!)

I'm personally learning to NOT diet. I've hired a nutritionist that is teaching me about food. Good luck to those that follow the plan!

| I thought it looked sort of like that Suzanne Somers diet, without the weird non-food combination. It looks like a nutritious whole food diet and one can lose a good amount of weight on those. I don't see that the sample menu has a lot of salt in it, except for the ham. Salt is in just about every prepared and processed food, even pudding, so if one stays away from that kind of junk it should be OK.
I also hate to count calories, just because not everything has a calorie count on it. If I knew the calories in every dish I eat, then I wouldn't mind it as much. But when I eat out I majorly undercut my calorie count.

I am, however, very happy for you that you are learning not to diet There is so much freedom in that, and I'm very jealous

Hope this helps Good luck!
