I'm on Weight Watchers, just gone back after a lapses of about a year and putting most of weight back on. On week 3 weight in tomorrow, lost 3 llb this time but nearly a stone in total.

I've kinda built my own from reading this board.
I only eat whole foods and don't eat any carby veg or bread.
I eat fruit, nuts & seeds and sometimes porrige oats for breakfast sometimes I have tinned fish for lunch (not lately cos met makes this too icky!) and I make a pulse and veg dish for dinner, sometimes I will have a piece of fish with it.
Its all very yummy, once you have been on it a while you really taste things
I find slimming world really easy to stick to, plus if i want that little bit of choc i can ave it which is a majorly bonus lol Weigh in day 2moz tho, not feelin too helpful bout it tho, feelling quite bloated

Well done Cazza you seem to be doing really well! That is fantastic!
My weight loss has slowed to a stop after a couple of really bad weeks food wise where I just pigged out. I am now back on track (well I had a bad day saturday again but thats another story...) and determined to lose this weight.
Im back at work now so that will stop me picking at home all day which was what I was doing when I was on maternity leave.
Im so scared of walking down the aisle on my wedding day and instead of everyone thinking that I look gorgeous they will just be thinking "I cant believe she didnt lose the weight for her wedding day"..... it stresses me out just thinking about it.

Scottish Chick-Thanks. I find green days easier and i lost more weight on green days than red, strange as carbs and pcos don't mix. I try not to have too much pasta and potatoes but i figure that although the carbs aren't the best thing for me at least i am losing weight which is a big help in itself.
xx
