Default Diets!

Ok...sorry if this is stickied somewhere!

But just wondering if any of you college girls had some easy meals/diets you follow! Ive been reading the diet thread, but those seem so COMPLICATED!!
I know I'm just lazy, but really...what should I be eating through out the day

So far:
I havent been eating after 6
eating three meals a day
more salad
LOTS of water!

My roomies and I switch nights cooking dinner and I always made some pasta dish, so I guess that needs to stop! I have sloppy joes on the menu for this week(bad, bread...I know), what kinds of things should I be making??

Thanks for any ideas!!

Well, things like sloppy joes that use bread don't have to be "bad"...Instead of using plain white bread or hamburger buns, you could use whole wheat bread/buns (sounds gross at first, but they really don't taste that bad if you focus on the sloppy joe inside). You could also try whole wheat pasta but that's a bit of an acquired taste...

A little bread isn't bad if you balance it out. At least make sure you're having those salads, and different kinds of vegetables when you make dinner.
