Default difference in ovary sizes

i had a pelvic mri for something unrelated, but they found several bilateral follicular cysts. i have an arcuate ovary too it seems. they said my ovaries are normal, but what does this mean? i got the pelvic mri from a GI for a GI related problem so i couldn't really ask that doctor.

right: 2.7 x 2.0 x 3.1 cm
left: 2.4 x 3.0 x 1.8 cm

should i be concerned? i'm still looking for a good gyno. ugh. had such a horrible experience a while back. she totally ignored everything and was really insulting toward me and my mother. still looking for a good one.
