Default Different Meatloaf Recipe, but very good

Thanksgiving Meatloaf

3 lbs of ground turkey
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of stuffing
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup celery

Mix together, pour into a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 -60 minutes. When finished pour off liquid (its quite moist and tender). Pour cranberry sauce or gravy over the top before serving, I personally used the gravy. You can omit the veggies if you dont care for them.

Not too bad on carbs either if your following the ir diet.

Enjoy!

I'll try anything once... It sounds yummy!

Did you make home-made dressing & then use it? That seems like alot of work!!
