 different TSH levels within days..why?
About 2 weeks ago Friday, I had some b/w done for my obgyn, a follow up from a m/c in october. Anyhow, it showed my TSH slightly elevated, at 5.63. Don't know if it mattered, but I had to fast for that test. 5 days later, I had my blood drawn for my endocrinologist, to check my thyroid levels, again following up from my m/c (I wasn't aware that the obgyn was going to check them, too.) THAT test showed my levels were normal..3.3 (though I like to see it between 1-2 for ttc purposes). My question is, did someone mess up, or can there be such a difference in a few days? I take my meds daily, at the same time, empty stomach, etc. etc. etc., so I don't know what the difference would be. I'm concerned b/c at 5.6, they would up my meds, but at 3.3, they wouldn't, and I'm eager to ttc again with some hope of success.
