I posted on here recently that I started on DIM. Well I went to a holistic GP yesterday and she has told me to only take them from cd 1 - 12 because she doesn't want it to get rid of the 'good' oestrogens as well in the second half of my cycle or interfere with the oestrogen surge leading to ovulation.
