Default DIM-PLUS??

I was told that this product is very good for women with estrogen-dominant health conditions. The whole name is 'Diindolylmethane'. Anyone ever heard of or have taken this product and if so, what did it do for you???

I started taking DIM a month ago for estrogen dominance and it has lessened my symptoms. I didn't think it was working and I stopped taking it for a week and my bb's began to get sore and sorer and when I started it back the symptoms lessened. It seems to be working for me. It is suppose the help with the bad estrogen.

Good Luck!

Default IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!

Nae,
I started taking DIM in July of 2002. By 5 Sept 2002 my Estrogen levels had come down from 845 (1st week after period) to 89 (within Normal range).
MY GOSH does this stuff work GREAT for estrogen dominance.

Don't forget though, there is NO MAGIC PILL...just pills that help bring you back to balance.
