I know its a petty thing...am I the only woman this size who wants to look nice?????

but I went shopping in Southampton at the weekend.

I bought NOTHING for myself. Lovely clothes for DH and DS.

Everything I liked didn't come in a big enough size and I don't want to wear a tunic, kaftan or tent.

I have an important dinner next week with DH new boss and I am so stressed over what to wear.

I am a UK18/20 on the top (38DD) and a UK size 16 on the bottom half. Nothing fits. I can only buy tops from Bravissimo but they aren't really suitable for the occasion.

I saw lovely skirts in my size but I couldn't fit in any matching tops. I tried on wrap dresses which didn't fit at the top and swamped me at the bottom.

Just feeling fed up about my size. I also only lost 1lb this week despite being on low GI low food diet and met and cinnamon and chromium and exercising.

Rant over....

aww, sweetie - i soooo know what you mean - im a 38dd as well . Have you had a look at Evans? they usually have some nice things, if you look around hmm, whats that new one advertised on tv?? a catalogue place....... Simply Be??
