It disgusts me, all this hair I'm losing on a daily basis. Im so sad. I think I can actually handle the hair that I get in the wrong places, but please dont let my hair fall out....Its so sad. its worse when I take a shower and after the shower I swear. Its all over.......What do I do? What have you done? What has worked for you? IM scared.

Raeann~ I am completely with you on this! My DH said that it looked like there was a hair pulling fight in the bathroom this morning! (I was running late and didnt have time to was the sink). Anyway I dont know what to do. I thought maybe if I cut my hair short it would fall out less? I dunno?! I want my hair to be long and full again. But it looks like its going to be short and thin!!

I cut almost 10 inches off my hair about a year ago. Didn't help. Mine only falls out when I brush it and in the shower, but it falls out in masses then. I'm lucky though and I have really thick hair, so it's not noticeable (the loss).

Yes, I know it really sucks to be losing hair!

I use essential oils (rosemary, etc in a carrier oil) to help keep my hair from falling out. Although, I'm pregnant right now so I haven't been lately. Luckily while pregnant the hair doesn't seem to fall so much.

I have been using a essential oil blend called chrome dome mixed with emu oil, and other essential oils, I read on the long hair forum that this mixture if applied every night will promote new hair growth within 6months and help cease the shedding, Iv been using it around 2/3 weeks and I hope its not my imagination but I think the shedding is slowing slowly, I'm a million miles away from new growth yet but I'm a hopeful sceptic so fingers crossed, I totally sympathise with you as over the last 4yrs my hair has gone from being dark, thick & full to severly thinned in the front & crown, It's heartbreaking but just try remain positive - Believe me I know that sounds easier said than done!
