The day came and went and I am single again. I took my maiden name back. I thought I would be relieved but I am sad... not like I was when I found out he was cheating, but just kind of like it is all surreal. Anyway- there is nothing between us so I have no reason to ever see or speak to him again.

it will get better. I was divorced in '98 & it took about a year before I felt like dating anyone. Divorce is never fun, but sometimes it is the best & most healthy thing you can do for yourself. Concentrate on finding you again (what you enjoy without him) & pamper yourself for awhile.

I hope things get better in time. Divorce is a bit like death, but in this case, you're mourning the death of your relationship and what might have been. Now that your divorce is final you might actually be grieving that a bit.

I am still seeing him- Eric- and we are moving along nicely. Slowly, but nicely
