Question dizziness

Anyone every get short and quick dizzy spells, lasting no more than 20-30 sec? I had asked my Dr about it and she said it was nothing to worrie about? Recently I'v been getting a "Brain Cramp" like 5 second thing. Thought it might be yet another joy of PCOS!

i used to get them all the time, if your doctor isnt worried it may be noting... but if they continue mention it again to the doctor or if it gets worse

I had dizzyness which was suppos caused by sinus infection and allergies but I still get them. Not sure if its an eye problem last I check I had perfect vison how often is dizzyness caused by an eye problem? Have a slight hearing problem but no one thinks its bc of that. Also could be bc of anxiety for me. Who knows. Its a very scary feeling though
