Default Dizziness, faint and fatigued

I have been feeling strange this week. Started a whole food and low gi diet about 3 weeks ago. Have been working out 5 days a week for 45-60 minutes for about 12 weeks. Really trying to get my symptoms under control. I have been loosing weight steadily, especially since switching to low GI, but...still having a lot of trouble with diziness, seeing spots, feeling week and fatigued. Does anyone else experience these symptoms? Any thoughts? I am currently trying to conceive and took my last pill of Clomid on Monday. Other than that, no medications. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!

The medication might have something to do with it? Make sure you are eating enough, when you are very active your body needs fuel. Maybe ask your doctor next checkup?

You sound like you are doing a FANTASTIC job on the exercise and the diet to good on you.

Are you intererested in taking Met or just trying the natural way first?
I get spots or floaters in the eye and was worried it was to do with IR as I know diabetics get eye problems.

I still get them but had my eyes checked and the lady said they were fine....

I get dizzynes or a light head but thats since I've been taking Met 500mg.

I am always fatigued and feel I always have a slight "depression over me"... like I am negative and glass is half full attitude. I hate it but don't know what else to do.. anyway I digress.

I just wanted to say GREAT job with the weight loss and very impressed with the exercise program!
