hmmm....I would have said to check you're not pregnant - but I know you have already. Blood pressure? Blood sugar levels going haywire? Standing up to quickly? I know this might sound funny, but are you breathing properly? Make sure you're breathing deeply so you get enough oxygen. I only suggest this because my friend went to her doc about the same thing and once she realised she wasn't breathing properly she was fine.
Yeah I would say see the gp. A friend of mine had loads of dizzy spells and was diagnosed with a condition called vertigo (basically like fear of heights) but she had it all the time. The dr gave her some tablets to take and it went away again.

vertigo or labyrinthitis can give you dizzyness, also hyperinsulemia due to the low blood sugar, or high blood pressure can as well. i get it a lot and have been told that metformin should help me.
there is an over the counter med that works for me when i get vertigo it is meclazine(sp) and you can also try dramamine.until you get to the docs.also when i am switching anit depresants or a miss a dose i get vertigo. it feels like your dizzy all over and not just in your head but all over your body
