Posh (Victoria Beckham) was talking about having PCOS in an interview and they mentioned it on this website. She said she changed her diet and then became obsessed with how she looked because she was diagnosed with PCOS.

Do you think that means that after being diagnosed she changed her eating habits to normal food? Or that she changed her eating habits after being diagnosed and then found it hard later in life to go back to normal food?
