Ok, I feel better now! LOL. I thought I was the only one with a hairy butt!!!! My butt I do believe is hairier than my husbands LMAO....It's dark and tends to get rather long....I've done the Nair thing, the shaving thing and to be honest I'm extremly embarrased by it.

What I would like to know is those of you who do have a hairy butt, what do you do? When I use Nair I get a terrible chemical burn and if I shave, I have a razor rash that is horrible and painful.

I wish someone had a good answer to your question there because I am the same.

I constantly have little pimples and razer burn on my bum if I try to remove the hair. I can shave my legs without any problem but I think because the skin on my butt is so much more sensitive (and not getting exposed to the outside very often) I get horrible rashes. I also get the chemical burn so I can not use thoose Nair type creams. I have also attempted to wax my bum (which is hard on your own) but ended up with the same red rash and ingrown hairs. Horrible!!

I use an epilator and then exfoliate with a buf-puf sponge to avoid ingrown hairs. It's the one method that has made everything smooth but it's a pretty painful area to get used to epilating. I usually drink some wine (or smoke a bowl haha) before attempting to do it. Worth it for me though.

My butt has gotten so bad, it's so embarrassing and I won't let my boyfriend have sex with me in obvious sexual positions yet because I'm hoping the day I actually get medication it will help and then I can be the adventurous person I am. I'm so angry about it and it makes me so depressed. Every time I get rid of it it is back like two hours later and worse.

I scrub, exfoliate, scrub... then nair, and make sure to time it just right so that I don't get the burn.

I used to wax my own butt when I was more flexible... that was great. Amazing to have a smooth backside.

MY REGIMEN: ok I have severely sensitive skin so I know this works perfect!!!!

First (depending on how many weeks or months it has been) Nair Sensitive Skin remover..

Day 3 then I go back with a the 5 blade venus rasor AND ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use Aveeno positively smooth shaving cream followed by the Aveeno positively smooth lotion for the nair part too...

I EVEN use the Aveeno products on my face and no breakout there either.. Hope this helps.. Ive used everything in my years from Magic to Nair to daisy rasors/ no bumps for black mens rasor bumps... EVERYTHING.. And this works and leaves NO bumps or redness if you use the lotion as soon as u are done with shaving or whatever ur regimen. Works better than bikini zone too
