do birth control pills affect fertility?

hi guys,

does anyone know if long-term use of bcps affects future fertility? also once one has stopped bcps, how often than not does the acne return with a vengence? i'm onto my second cycle of diane 35 but might quickly stop now if there are an overwhelming number of negative stories.
