I have Hashi's. I was on Armour and they have switched me about 4 months ago to Levoxyl. I feel like I cannot swallow and my throat is tight. I am having issues lying on my back when I sleep and my neck is swollen. I have a doctors appt tomorrow to address these issues. I was just wondering, do you think I could be developing a goiter?? Any other ideas of what it could be.

Just wondering if you found out if it was a goiter or not. I also have Hashi
(hypothyroid) and am taking synthroid for it. I also take BP meds for many years now and also Celexa for chronic depression, probably due to Hashi as well. I have a sore throat most of the time but it's not that bad, just feels swollen all around my front of my neck. Could be just fat as I am overweight.
I don't have medical ins at this time so will check on this in a couple of ms when I do.
