Hi I am new to board. One doctor tells me i have PCOS and another one doesn't. I know I do not present with typical symptoms. Here are my details, please......what do you think?
-31 years
-3 miscarriages, 1 ectopic
-blood work normal but high LH to FSH ratio (FSH 5.6, LH 9.99)
-androgen (progesteron - 90)
high number of follicles (24 antral follicle count)
-first IVF cycle responded with 51 cycles
-produced very high number of complex chromosomally abnormal eggs with this cycle
-hypothyroidism
-prone to cysts
-no physical symptoms

I feel that most doctors just look for the obviouse physical symptoms? I am not sure if I should go on metformin for next cycle or not. Any advice would help.

Unfortuantly i am not 100% sure on blood results and things
I was diagnosed at ten years old by a scan (they thought i had one huge ovaryian cysts turns out i had 30 odd little cysts..
My symptons include
Fatigue
Weight gain even though im active and used to have a spot on diet
Acne on body including face boobs and shoulders
Messed up cycles
It does sound possible u have it , u should see a Endo e.c.t
The important thing is to remain positive and try your best to find out if u have it the sooner you know the easier it can get to treat fast i was one of the luckier ones being diagnosed at 10 years old , the only unlucky thing was that pediatric staff did not know how to deal with a girl with a elder womans illness/disease/syndrome...
