Unhappy Do i have PCOS?

Hi people... I am a newbie here. I'm 18 from singapore. Seriously i am suspecting i do have PCOS.

I feel i am alone cos i dun see anyone have the same problem around. I always feel so sad and depress.
Reason being i cant be like any other girls on the street whereby they can always wear sleeveless and tube.
Unfortunately i cant. I mean which female wouldnt want to look pretty? For me i always have got to stick to my shirt and nothing esle.

And i serious wondering hard what's the use of god creating human with hair. Maybe i am complainting too much. But girls with too much excessive hair would understand how bad it feels.

Only recently i am suspecting myself having PCOS. Yet i havent been to any doctors. I dont dare to tell anyone. Neither my family nor bf. Maybe they wont mind but I MIND. I admit i dont have the couarge at all.
I seriously dont know how guys will react. I cant even accept myself- hairy, let alone hoping my bf will accept. Also being a student, i am not financial capable to visit a specialist, thats why. I am wondering if going to a family doctor is good enough. And i seriously SERIOUSLY pray and wish and beg hard i can shed off my body hair. I cant care much even if i sounded insane or what. Soon my emotions is going to over take me.
I am so damn sad to be told that even PCOS is under control, hair growth will still persist forever... OMG.

Also i am still in confusion. I am pretty slim, i do have my period every month abt the same time. I just have hairy skin (body and facial) and some pimples here and there (my acne reduce alot by the way).
But
1. Could i lead to infertility (if i dont se doctor) despite my regular period?
2. Will i have diabetes 2 one day if i dont get myself examine?

Please would anyone help me with all my doubts? I have really no one to turn to...
thankyou.

hey ihatehair,
i can feel your pain! have you tried taking an anti-androgen (a medicine that helps inhibit excess hair growth and control acne)? i'm sure if you ask your doctor about those kinds of medicines, they can tell you what kind is right for you. I used to have a lot of excess hair growth but started taking Spironolactone (an anti-androgen) and it's keeping my acne under control as well as the excess hair.

I know it's an emotional strain as well; my mom was more embarrassed to see me with excess hair where I just didn't mind it and covered it up, but her embarrassment led to my insecurity. If you ever need anyone to talk to, please send me a PM (once you have enough posts) or reply to this message!

Oh god thanks alot for your concern and want to be there for me... (:
I duno... i duno how to approach a doctor. Should it be just a family doctor or a doctor from hospital, hormones specialist (which i seriously dont think i could afford).

I dont why i still have regular period. It's so strange. It's not that i want to save alot money for nothing. Just that i havent found a job ( most employers dont like to hire students) and my family financial is tight. Thus i really have alot to consider.

Serious i need someone to help me guess (even it cant be that acurrate, but at least based on some experience or myth, i dont mind: could i have PCOS?)...

Sighs...

pls tell me...

there are people who have excess hair and don't have PCOS. not sure what the cause behind that is. have you considered getting a pelvic ultrasound?

you can see a regular family doctor and have them put you on an anti-androgen like Spironolactone (i'm on 100mg per day once a day), just tell them what symptoms you are having and hope for the best!
