Do I have a reason to be concerned?

I triggered on Saturday 10/17 and I've been sick with a fever that hovers between 99 and 100.5 since Wednesday. I'm not violently ill, I'm just feverish with aches. Is this cycle a bust because I'm sick or am I over-analyzing the situation?
