Default Do I need NPC?

I am still new to all of this and I was wondering how you know if you will need progesterone? I read where women with PCOS can miscarry from low progesterone levels but do you find out through trial and error or take it as a precaution or is there a way to know for sure you need it?

you should probably ask your dr.
I use NPC to achieve regular cycles, but I know it can be used during pregnancy to help achieve "normal" progesterone levels.
