Default Do i need to take any harmonal medicines to support preg during first trisem'?

Hi All,

I am from london.I am having PCOS since 3.5years.i am basically from india, and consulted the doctor in india and she prescribed me clomoid to help in conceiving.I am going to start my clomoid medication from tommorow onwards.if i concieve next month, could any one of u tell me wht care to be taken during first trisemester. as doctors say that most women suffering from PCOS have high chances of miscarriage etc(touch wood, hope good).do i need to take any harmone medicenes to support my pregnancy during first 3months or any specific medicines to help and support my preg?

I concieved few years back using clomoid but i had gone for abortion due to personal reasons.that time my doctor gave me many harmonal medicines for 3months to support my preg. but now i have changed my doctor and she didnt prescribe any medicines after conception.thats why i am abit worried.i am really very desperate to have a baby now.so i want to take all possible care which helps in safe preg.

Please kindly help.

Thanks in advance.
