Hello! I'm sure that with a site this big, that question has been asked and answered a million times before. LOL I'm just not seeing it.

I'm on CD 14 and THINK I'm supposed to start NPC today, if I read it correctly. I was going to pick up some Vitex today as well, if it's ok that I take them both together.

I don't ovulate on a regular basis, if ever, so I'm trying to make it happen. I did the Soy Isoflavones for 5 days earlier in my cycle and have my fingers crossed that it will help.

Thank you to anybody that offers any suggestions. I'll be eternally grateful!

For me personally.. I DO NOT take them together. I take Vitex with one other herb, until Ovulation,once Ovualtion is confirmed, by 3 days of high temps, I then stop all herbs, and Start NPC only.. This is just how *I* do things though

Thank you so much for responding.

I wonder if since I don't ovulate and am hoping Vitex will assist in making it happen, if I should just take it all the time?

I have been prescribed a progestin that I'm supposed to take the first ten days of each month to make my body think it has ovulated, therefore giving me a "regular" cycle. Otherwise, I bleed for months and months and months at a time.

My plan was/is to apply the NPC on the days I'm supposed to take my progestin pills. Does that sound reasonable?
