Do they really work????

I have been noticing that my hair is beginning to thin, but now more so because it's on my pillow, after I shower and when blow dry my hair. The thinning is above my forehead, I notice that all my aunts and uncles on my moms side have it.

Anyway, I have been tempted to order the vitamins for hair and nail, has anyone tried them?? Do they work?? I am taking a multi-vitamin already, should I do both?

The ones I want to order are from Avon.

I haven't ordered the ones from AVON but I do take Biotin everyday and it has really helped me with my hair and nails. You can get it at Wal-Mart and a two month supply is about $4.00. Hope this helps!
