I used to have a great track record of remembering my dreams, but lately its been on a down slump. Sometimes, like this morning, something happens (i had a charleyhorse in my right calf) that jerks me awake and completely unable to recall ever having dreamed in the first place. Sometimes i remember it throughout the day when its the furthest thing from my mind.
I keep a journal by my bed so that when i do remember, I can catalogue it in there. Sometimes, psychological training in which you tell yourself as you're falling asleep that you will remember your dreams, has a significant effect (or has in the past, on me). Can't remember any recent ones at the moment though.
Last night i dreamt about my first love.....sweet....usually i remember one of my dreams a night....now back to bed to recapture that dream,,,,,shhhhhhhh

I remember a lot of my dreams... Most of them are related to things that are going on in my life at the time, but others are just nonsensical. I enjoy thinking about them later, and pondering what they might mean. I used to have one repetitive dream that I was in a maze pool, with hundreds of other people who were having a good time. Then I'd suddenly realize I was nude, and I'd start trying to cover myself up and hide from everyone, looking desperately for a way out. I got to realize that it was because of a fear of letting people see who I really am, and since realizing that and trying to cope with it, that particular dream has stopped. I think all dreams have a meaning, if we can just sit down and take the time to ponder them and do a bit of dream research. (Not to make anyone feel bad.... Dream interpretations are just a hobby of mine... I realize not everyone cares about such things as much as I do, but I think it's interesting.)
I remember a lot of my dreams. My husband thinks I'm wierd but I don't. I think it's normal and that dreams are your way of making sense of the waking world.
