So, 10 years on, off the pill, mid thirties and ttc and I get acne on my face, my backs fine....it's just hormonal I'm afraid!!! |

When he uses it for two days in a row it clears up pretty nice. Now he doesn't do it all the time cause he's male and is bad about using a girly body brush but it works when he does. Of course he doesn't have PCOS and it may just be because he's washing that area when he otherwise wouldn't. Men and their 2 minute showers!

I hate it - makes me so self conscience!!!

I found that rinsing conditioner from my hair with my head upside-down helps b/c then the conditioner can't clog the pores ... but now I get l little pimples on my forehead instead.
I started using those exfoliating gloves to really scrub the skin which helps a lot, particularly in the summer.
I'd love to hear any and all tips!

I have started filling a little bowl with table salt (the finer the better), adding some light olive oil, enough to moisten it, and then add a couple of drops of essential oil, like lavender, bergamot or tea tree. Massage it in, or get someone else to do it, on a regular basis. It really helps. |

However the scars on my back are really bad and I feel really bad exposing my back. I was even embarassed with my DH the first time lol
