Question Do you have any IR related symptoms?

Hi... I'm new and I was wondering if any thin cysters had symptoms that led them to suspect they were IR?

I mean, after your diagnosis of IR, was there anything that made you think, "oh, that explains why ___ always happens to me?"

I would appreciate any insights you have!

Thanks,

Well, I haven't been diagnosed as IR, but I *do* have symptoms that make me suspect that I am. If I don't eat every 2-3 hours, I get weak and light-headed. Even if I *do* eat frequently, if I don't have enough protein, I still feel weak and hungry shortly after I eat. Whenever I go on trips with other people, I get so annoyed at the infrequency with which they stop for food!

I definitely have PCOS but do not have any symptoms of being IR. I can go HOURS without eating and don't have highs and lows from sugar, etc.
